Peat Moss 8 quart.  Peat moss can be used as a soil amendment as well as a growing medium.  Peat moss added to soil will aid in moisture retention, loosen and aerate soil, and lower PH.  Great for acid loving plants like begonia, philodendron, blueberries, and many other indoor and outdoor plants. Add one part peat moss to 1-2 parts potting soil depending on species for an enhanced growing substrate. Also perfect for sprouting seeds and cuttings as it is sterile and prevents rot.  Peat moss has no nutrients so transplant seedlings as soon as first true leaves appear or cutting are rooted.
